Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (L-D)
7:30 AM – 8:00 AM: The tour bus will pick you up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The journey to Ha Long will take approximately 2.5 hours.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Arrive at the cruise port. You’ll complete check-in procedures to board the vessel.
12:30 PM: Settle into your cabin and enjoy a welcome drink. A delicious seafood lunch will be served as the cruise begins its scenic journey through the limestone karsts.
Afternoon: The boat will stop at the magnificent Surprising Cave, where you will explore its fascinating formations. Afterward, the boat will take you to Ti Top Island, where you can swim at the beach or climb to the summit for an unforgettable panoramic view of the bay.
Evening: Return to the boat for a sunset party on the sundeck. Dinner will be served. You can then participate in an onboard cooking class, go squid fishing, or simply relax.
Day 2: Ha Long – Hanoi (B-L)
Morning: Wake up early to join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises over the bay.
Afternoon: After a light breakfast, your boat will take you to explore another grotto by bamboo boat or kayak.
Late morning: Return to the main boat for a full breakfast or an early lunch. Afterward, you will check out of your cabin.
11:30 AM: The boat arrives back at the port.

The drive via the new expressway takes approximately 2.5 hours each way, including a comfortable rest stop. The 2-day circuit includes exploring Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave)—the largest limestone cavern in the bay—and visiting Ti Top Island, where you can swim or climb ~400 stone steps to the summit for a 360-degree panoramic view. On Day 2, guests participate in kayaking or a rowed bamboo boat excursion. The physical demand is light to moderate, and walking steps can be navigated at your own leisurely pace.
