Absolute trip of a lifetime! 7 days covering Hanoi, Lan Ha Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sapa sounds like a heavy itinerary, but Level 3 Bespoke made it feel so effortless. Traveling solo for 7 days across Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Sapa, and Lan Ha Bay could have been daunting, but Level 2 Smart Hybrid was brilliant! Having a private guide for Hanoi street food on night 1 helped me settle in instantly. The Sapa Fansipan excursion was well-coordinated and I always felt totally safe as a female solo traveler.

Très bon séjour de 7 jours en Level 2 Smart Hybrid. Le mélange entre visites guidées privées à Hanoï et transports partagés pour Sapa/Lan Ha fonctionne parfaitement. Le village de Cat Cat et la baie de Lan Ha restent de magnifiques souvenirs.
Managing 8 family members across 3 generations for 7 days is usually stressful, but Level 3 Luxury Bespoke made it feel like a breeze! Private 16-seater transit van for long drives to Sapa and Ninh Binh meant we could stop for breaks whenever the grandkids needed. The President Suite on our Lan Ha Bay cruise was out of this world. Absolutely top-shelf execution by Dr. Son and his team!
OMG, what an incredible 7-day trip!! We were a group of 9 close Filipino-American friends traveling from California, so managing everyone's preferences could’ve easily turned into a headache. We opted for Level 3 (Luxury Bespoke) and it was 100% the best decision ever! Having our own private Ford Transit van with an awesome driver made the long drives to Sapa and Ninh Binh so comfortable—we just sang, chatted, and slept the whole way without any stress.Our private guide was so sweet, super patient with our endless photo stops (especially at Mua Cave and Cat Cat Village!), and made sure our grandparents didn't feel rushed at all. The Fansipan cable car view above the clouds was mind-blowing, and the overnight cruise in Lan Ha Bay felt like total luxury—kayaking at sunset was pure magic! Huge shoutout to Anna and Dr. Son for handling our WhatsApp chat so promptly and making sure everything ran smoothly from day 1 to departure. Super sulit! Highly, highly recommend for big groups and families traveling to Northern Vietnam!
